Rebeca Wilson
Rebeca Wilson CEO of Elevate Foundation Inc.
Rebeca is a dedicated educator, arts advocate, and proud Miami native who has spent two decades shaping the cultural and academic
landscape of South Florida. A two-time alumnus of Florida International University, they earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in
English education. Since 2006, Mrs. Wilson has served as a cornerstone in the Miami-Dade County Public Schools system, inspiring
thousands of students to find their voices through literature and creative expression. Driven by a deep belief that creativity is the ultimate
catalyst for civic connection, Mrs. Wilson is the founder and Executive Director of Elevate Foundation Inc., a non-profit organization
dedicated to fostering vibrant neighborhoods, uniting diverse populations, and uplifting local communities by
fiercely advocating for public arts programming.​

Chief Financial Officer
Ramon "RUEM" Mas, is an artist known to channel vibrancy while fusing urban environments, tropical motifs, portraits and personal influences with abstract concepts found in street and pop culture - all through the use of an impactful Caribbean and Art Deco color palette. RUEM is a lifelong advocate for the Arts and its power to build community through the belief that exposure to all forms of art lead to strong foundational experiences helping humans evolve into the best versions of themselves.
Ramon brings over 20 years of Financial Services experience to his role as CFO of Elevate Foundation. He has helped several financial institutions grow market share from local to global firms. His experience will help lead Elevate in achieving Foundation goals under a watchful eye, while putting community and artists first.
Derek Wilson

​I am an advocate for the arts; promoting it with a chip on my shoulder!
I am relentless in the pursuit of my mission; whether in the classroom
(RM: 118 at John A. Ferguson Sr. High -for twenty years) or in the streets,
always trying to make art happen!​
The Elevate Foundation is the embodiment of Mr. Wilson the artist and
Mr .Wilson the art teacher. Elevate is the now the vehicle I use to
inspire different students in different schools, throughout South Florida.
John Falco
John Falco Jr. Director of Business Development
After spending over 15 years working intelligence operations with the
Air Force and the Defense Intelligence Agency around the globe,
John switched gears and now runs what has quickly become one of the
fastest growing hospitality groups in South Florida, Fire Pit Hospitality.
In less than 10 years of operations, John and his team have opened
6 hospitality locations. These locations have established themselves
as community hubs and have been featured in publications from
local to national, including Miami New Times, Miami Herald,
Thrillist, Time Out, American Way, and Hop Culture magazine.
John, a vocal advocate for the promotion of locally-owned and
ethically-run small business, has also supported dozens of start-ups
via consultation, mentorship, and collaborative efforts.​
Jason Jones
Director of Creative Content Develop
Following his honorable service in the United States Navy, Jason worked at a global advertising agency, initially as a Print Producer. During this period, fate intervened and a fortuitous encounter with an exceptional video production team ignited a deep passion within Jason, compelling him to immerse himself in the captivating world of cinematic content creation.
Back Story:
In 2017, Jason's life took an unexpected turn when his wife gifted him a DJI Mavic Pro, his first drone, during the holiday season. This thoughtful surprise became the catalyst for a new chapter in his career. Harnessing the incredible capabilities of his drone, Jason ventured into uncharted territories, ultimately shaping the trajectory of his future and solidifying his reputation in his craft. Jason's genuine commitment to building meaningful relationships while helping individuals and brands amplify their stories has been the cornerstone of his success.
He has earned widespread acclaim across various industries, including multiple accolades in film making, for his exceptional talent in transforming ideas into visually captivating representations.
