I am an advocate for the arts; promoting it with a chip on my shoulder!
I am relentless in the pursuit of my mission; whether in the classroom
(RM: 118 at John A. Ferguson Sr. High -for twenty years) or in the streets,
always trying to make art happen!
The Elevate Foundation is the embodiment of Mr. Wilson the artist and
Mr .Wilson the art teacher. Elevate is the now the vehicle I use to
inspire different students in different schools, throughout South Florida.
John Falco

After spending over 15 years working intelligence operations with the
Air Force and the Defense Intelligence Agency around the globe,
John switched gears and now runs what has quickly become one of the
fastest growing hospitality groups in South Florida, Fire Pit Hospitality.
In less than 10 years of operations, John and his team have opened
6 hospitality locations. These locations have established themselves
as community hubs and have been featured in publications from
local to national, including Miami New Times, Miami Herald,
Thrillist, Time Out, American Way, and Hop Culture magazine.
John, a vocal advocate for the promotion of locally-owned and
ethically-run small business, has also supported dozens of start-ups
via consultation, mentorship, and collaborative efforts.
Ivan Ubierna
Vice Chairman – Community Engagement
Ivan Ubierna is a visionary entrepreneur, philanthropist, Vice Chairman and volunteer for Elevate. As the founder of Vestra Consultants, a leading staffing firm specializing in Healthcare, IT, Finance and administrative positions, They have helped countless businesses in building strong, dynamic and successful teams. With a passion for giving back to his community, Ivan has been involved in philanthropic efforts with several nonprofit organizations, from supporting initiatives that advance cancer research to serve children, providing housing and resources to parents while their children receive medical treatment to also being a strong ally and advocate for the arts. Through his generous contributions and hands-on involvement, Ivan strives to make a lasting impact and inspire others through his commitment to community empowerment, workforce development and social impact.
Jaon Jones

Following his honorable service in the United States Navy, Jason worked at a global advertising agency, initially as a Print Producer. During this period, fate intervened and a fortuitous encounter with an exceptional video production team ignited a deep passion within Jason, compelling him to immerse himself in the captivating world of cinematic content creation.
Back Story:
In 2017, Jason's life took an unexpected turn when his wife gifted him a DJI Mavic Pro, his first drone, during the holiday season. This thoughtful surprise became the catalyst for a new chapter in his career. Harnessing the incredible capabilities of his drone, Jason ventured into uncharted territories, ultimately shaping the trajectory of his future and solidifying his reputation in his craft. Jason's genuine commitment to building meaningful relationships while helping individuals and brands amplify their stories has been the cornerstone of his success.
He has earned widespread acclaim across various industries, including multiple accolades in film making, for his exceptional talent in transforming ideas into visually captivating representations.
